8:00 am - Welcome
8:15 am - Virtual Exhibit Hall opens
9:00 am - First set of presentations begin
10:15 am - Second set of presentations begin
11:15 am - Visit virtual Exhibit Hall and break for lunch on your own
12:30 pm - Third set of presentations begin
1:45 pm - Fourth set of presentations begin
3:00 pm - Educational door prizes announced

New this year - Complimentary blue light blocking glasses to enhance your virtual viewing experience! The glasses are available to the first 400 interested attendees who register. One pair per registrant. To be eligible for the glasses, you must be an Indiana resident and register by March 11, 2021.

The Call for Presentation Proposals and Virtual Exhibit Reservation is open for 2021.

Call for presentation proposals are due by February 12, 2021. Please fill out one form for each presentation submission. Each Presentation will be 60 minutes in length. Acceptance notifications will be sent to Main Presenter/Contact Person by Friday, February 26, 2021. All organizations accepted for a presentation slot will also be required to host a virtual exhibitor space during the expo.
The deadline to reserve a virtual exhibitor space is March 29, 2021. There will be no charge for non-profit organizations and a small fee for for-profit organizations to present and/or host a virtual exhibitor space. View an example of the virtual exhibit booth.
All invoicing will occur after the 2021 Tech Expo.
