Booth Reservation Fees:
The vendor booth fee is $275.
Not for profit organization booth fee is $25.
All invoicing will occur after the 2023 Tech Expo.
Unable to Attend?
If you are unable to attend in person, we would gladly make your marketing materials available to our attendees and appreciate a door prize donation. Please visit the "Reserve a Booth" form above and select "I am unable to attend on April 20, 2023, but would like to send door prize and/or marketing materials." Marketing materials and door prizes must be sent by March 31, 2023.

The Call for Proposals form closed February 17, 2023 at midnight.
Acceptance notifications will be sent to Main Presenter/Contact Person by February, 27 2023.
Each presentation will be 60 minutes in length to accommodate our schedule for the day. Each presentation room will have an 80" HD monitor for projection and a microphone. All other equipment, including a computer for presentation, will be the responsibility of the presenter.
