Amanda Crecelius, M.Ed

Amanda Crecelius smiling.Amanda has 25+ years in education, working in Indiana, Madrid, Spain, and Mexico City, Mexico. Over the course of ten years in Mexico City, she gained Spanish linguistic skills and deeper cultural awareness. She has worked with students and families who were multilingual and multicultural in K-12 international school settings, urban/rural settings, and online courses. Amanda has worked with the Indiana transition cadre and individual students with Specific Learning Disabilities (SLD). She is a Google Certified Educator and has extensive experience in serving as an instructional leader for education programs, professional development, and training and curriculum development for other educators.

She does have a strong understanding of and ability to connect theory to practice. Her instructional experience has been with students requiring mild, moderate, and intense intervention. Google Chrome Journey with Amanda Crecelius & Kelli Suding

Using technology intentionally cannot only engage our learners through independence but support student outcomes. This 1-hour webinar will cover Chrome/Google tools and demonstrate the specific use of them in Elementary, Middle, High School, and for educators. Get ready for an interactive and lively session hosted by enthusiastic and energetic hosts who are passionate about access for ALL.

Supporting ALL Students with Google Chrome with Kelli Suding

ALL students deserve an equitable education...even during continuous learning. This webinar will explore the “why” of accessibility and model ways students can access online text independently and self regulate needed movement. Attendees will also leave with immediate implementation of no cost, simple tools for the Google Chrome browser on Mac, PC, Chromebooks with added extensions and apps to turn online materials into accessible formats for independent student access.

This session will provide tips for educators on accessibility features of the Chromebook. This session is designed to help educators locate, activate, and understand the use of accessibility features of the Chromebook. There will be some extra extension features for fun, too!
