Event Title: Your Schools' Role in Preventing the Dyslexia Paradox: A Two-Part Series

DescriptionPart I will include early signs of dyslexia, early interventions and risks in waiting, the intersection of dyslexia and the juvenile justice system. We will also outline tenets of Indiana SB 217 (Indiana's dyslexia law).

Part II will take an in-depth journey into accommodations and accessibility tools that are widely available, as well as Accessible Educational Materials (AEM) and resources offered by the Indiana Center for Accessible Materials (ICAM) for students with dyslexia who have a documented print disability.
